At Five Tides USA, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process smooth and simple.
1. 30 Day Return And Exchange
Returns and Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. You can try it on and if your not happy we will still exchange and or provide store credit in the exact amount of the purchase price. We do not charge a restocking fee. We Want you to be happy with our store and your purchase! Please email us at jparent@fivetidesusa.com to start the return and or exchange process.
2. Store Credit
We do not provide any refunds for returned items at this time. However, we will kindly exchange the item(s) and or provide store credit in the exact amount of the original purchase price. Store credit will never expire. Simply email us at jparent@fivetidesusa.com to start the store credit process.
4. Return Shipping Cost, Address, And Additional Contact Information
** Please contact us before mailing the return(s) and or exchanges back. We will email you a return label. The cost to ship the product(s) back will NOT be covered by Five Tides Apparel.**
