Return & Exchange Policy for Five Tides USA
At Five Tides USA, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make the return and exchange process simple and straightforward.
1. Time Frame for Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Items should be returned in the original packaging.
2. Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Please contact us at fivetidesusa@gmail.com before mailing your return or exchange.
- We will respond with a return shipping label and instructions.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the condition requirements, we will process your exchange or issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
3. Store Credit & Refunds
- We do not provide refunds to the original payment method at this time. Instead, we will offer:
- An exchange for the requested item,
- Or store credit equal to the purchase price, which will never expire.
- If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.
