Return and Refund Policy
Since all products are made upon order through a print-on-demand service, please keep in mind that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Each item is unique and produced specifically for your order, which makes standard returns difficult.
However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered:
- You can request a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To do so, simply email us at: info@fivetidesapparel.us or call us at 1(603)491-7795
- There’s no need to return the damaged item—just send us the picture!
Please note:
- For multiple items using the same design, a photo or video of all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation.
Important:
- We use Printify to print and ship and they are third-party print-on-demand company, which means each product is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged if it’s the wrong size or color due to customer error.
- Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches for DTG, DTF, EMB, and AOP products) are normal and won’t be considered manufacturing defects.
