2. Can I exchange a hoodie if it is opened and worn slightly?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for hoodies that have been opened and worn slightly. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and if the item does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for a different size or style, provided it is in good condition. Please note the exchange must be initiated within our designated return window.
3. Where are your products made?
We partner with Printify to produce and ship all our products. Printify connects us with a network of trusted print providers located in various regions, ensuring high-quality printing and reliable delivery. This setup allows us to offer a wide range of products while maintaining efficient production processes.
4. Is there a physical store I can visit?
No, we currently operate solely through our online platform. We do not have a physical storefront or retail location. Our office is available for administrative purposes only. All orders are placed online, and we ship directly to your address.
5. Who creates the graphics used on your products?
The graphics are primarily designed by Jason Parent, our lead designer, along with a select group of collaborators. This team works diligently to create unique, eye-catching designs that reflect our brand's style and vision. We are proud to feature original artwork that helps differentiate our merchandise.

- For Express Delivery, PO boxes are not supported and orders will be imported as standard orders.

Standard shipping is typically 2-5 business days, economy is 4-8 business days, and priority and express shipping can be 2-3 business days. Email us at fivetidesusa@gmail.com for an exact production time, include he product in the description. Please note some providers have specific production estimates like 3-5 business days.
